With effect from 01st July 2017 we will only be able to provide after sales service in Hong Kong and Macau for our products within guarantee period which means 2 years since the purchase date.

Customers must bring together the official receipt or invoice of the watch.

We encourage you to visit your local retailer for simple repairs or maintenance such as change of battery which are not covered by guarantee.
